"I wanted to share my experience at Nicola Valley Massage. I had badly sprained my knee and had gone through precipitation of strong pain killer anti inflammatory medication. Still experiencing a lot of pain and unable to walk well. Went for my massage he was able to find areas that were knotted and helped release.  I went back for a second treatment and the pain was so much better. I was show and given advice to do at home to help.
