CANCELLATIONS

Please note, we require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment . 

Please call if you are unable to attend your appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your missed visit.

Any appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will only be charged to you if we cannot fill your spot.

Please understand that there are other patients who are in pain, and need your appointment if you cannot make it.

 

Due to the amount of NEW PATIENTS who do not show up for their appointments, WE NOW REQUIRE A DEPOSIT of $95 to hold your appointment spot.  This deposit will stay on your account and will only be used if you do not show up for your booked visit. Another deposit will be required to book another new-patient appointment.

Seniors Discount of $10

(65 Plus, with no extended health benefits)

 

Patients eligible for partial MSP coverage (10 visits per year)
